It is a lesser known fact that I am Queen of the Super Dorks, intense lover of games. My first set even featured me playing my Gameboy Colour. It was on and I was really playing. for this @bloghomework we were told to talk about our favourite games. So I have narrowed it down to a top 3.
First up is Settlers of Catan. A strategy game created by Klaus Teuber, when I first started playing I was obsessed, we had a little song we sang before the game. Unfortunately this game seemed to bring out the worst in all of my friend group and the playing frequency has decreased for the sake of friendships. Oh Catan, catan. Highly recommended for board game lovers with a competitive spirit. You do need to concentrate though.
Second place is Elder Scrolls Online. I had played Skyrim before and was very excited for ESO's release. I love the graphics, the magic the PVP elements. It's been great watching the game develop and grow too. Update 1.6 has been long awaited. Soon I will have a tiger to ride on. I play on the EU server as Lunar_snow, Templar Healer, Aldmeri Dominion. Always looking for people to play with. (Excuse my silly outfit I was trying out a costume.)
Last up is another 'real life' game that I was recently introduced to. Cards against Humanity. This game is pure fun and social silliness. An endless source of amusement. Sense of humour is a must though.
I love playing and am more than happy to spend nights with my friends indulging our dorky ways, the most recently acquired is King of Tokyo, I will let you know how it goes :)
