I bought all of 4 things at Wondercon, all of them DVD's:
Captain Nemo and the Underwater City(or someting like that). Its an old 60's movie.
Old Boy. I heard it was good so I went ahead and just got it.
The NIN/David Bowie tour.
And some old Manson tour.
Otherwise comic-book conventions are getting kind of boring for me. It was nice seeing my old DC sales rep Jann, she took me and another retailer friend of mine out for coffee, and I saw a former Ukiah girl there at the Firefly/Serenity fan club booth, that was cool.
Valentines Day. Yeah, I've never been seeing someone when its rolled around so I really don't know what its all about. My mom and step-dad pretty much made it impossible for me to ever have any sort of long term relationship and I've come to accept that I'll pretty much die alone. I've talked to friends about it and I get the usual, "just move on, get over it" type responses, not knowing that they are essential doing the same thing as telling a blind person, "can't you just learn to see?". Yeah, growing up in a cult, not good.

Mom and step dad, I know that combination. I pay $150. a month to a shrink to help get past the progaming that combo could do. And no matter how hard they try, others can never understand. Trust me, I know.
