Okay, so I think I've moved from heartbroken and weepy to bitter and angry. At least this way I tend to be more productive and get my laundry done. Not sleeping much, though.

My wonderful, beautiful sister came to visit for one night. She had to fly to Van for a couple days, so she stopped over. AND (not to jinx it or anything) it looks as though she's decided to move a lot closer to me in September. Thank GOD, I don't know how much more I could have handled this whole seriously long distance thing. The cool thing about her and I (besides the fact that we're best friends) is that when she comes and visits, we don't feel obligated to do exciting stuff or visit a bunch of people- we can just go out for coffee for a couple hours, and it's just like when she used to live here and we did that every day.

I miss my sister. And in honour of this visit, we did what we've been meaning to do for a long time which is get our matching sister tattoos. I now have, on my calf, her name in a banner across a sacred heart. She has the same with my name through it.

Life would be unbearable these days without my sister. And a certain person who rents Sex and the City for me when I'm feeling very unfabulous. Sex and the City is vital for unfabulous, unconfident moments like these.
