Every time I go to my page I think to myself... "that is a very misleading picture..."

I look so different these days!

Well, it was just your usual week of school hell. Luckily, I ended the week (and began my reading break) with a coffee avec the fabulous Bettina... then topped it off with movies, cheesy popcorn, and ginger ale with a good friend. Reading break would be so great without the GIANT crushing MOUNDS of homework.

All right. So I realize my journal entries lately have been all fluff and no substance. The thing is... I think these days have just been a process of "I thought I knew how it all went down... but really, I am just a pathetic mortal newbie at this whole life thing." I figure the best way to get through these days is to just push my chin up high and take the blows.

At least the days are never dull.

And I think it's time to pull out the old favorite from the collection of quotations...
