I have had the most unbelievable, surreal past couple of days. Not good surreal, but very nightmare-ish, psychologically-taxing surreal. I have never before felt so betrayed and angry. And I don't say dramatic statements like that very often. I mean this.
If there's one thing that I've learned, it is that in a situation where there is no closure, one must create her own closure. And to this day, I believe that to be the most difficult thing to accomplish. And I guess I'm getting better at it, but only due to practice. Which is a sad thought in itself.
