My week without TV is over, but I am having difficulty with shaking it. Wednesday, the first day after the week, a friend called and ordered me to turn it over to PBS. They were doing a thing about comedians - frickin' awesome.
Last night, however, I just couldn't bring myself to turn on the TV. It is nice sitting in the quiet.
Plus, I think I lived more in that week of "deprivation" than I did for months prior to it.
I went to movies. I hung out with friends. I found time to blog. I graded projects in a timely manner. I studied. I went out to dinner. I cooked.
It was quite an experience.
By the way, it seems as if things are a go with my friend. I think. Not sure. So confused. It is like my boyfriend has a girlfriend. Truly bizarre.
