Today was bad. I kept having panic attacks at work. It was lovely.

My mom's heart catherization went well. I guess the hysterectomy will be scheduled within the next week.

I shoved off early from work and had a talk with my friend. I was so exhausted that I think I was barely coherent; nonetheless, we had a nice talk.

I think he just hit me with everything at a really inopportune time. I was on a emotional downswing after the holidays, and after my friend and I talked on Friday I went into a horrible, crippling depression. I can feel myself climbing out of it. I got some sleep and I am now feeling much better.

Tomorrow at in-service we are going to go to a vodka distillery. Very exciting.

I need to sleep.
