So I'm here in BC taking care of the kids and wishing the timing wasn't so bad. They got the flu the day after I arrived. But a good night's sleep last night hopefully means it's gone already (fingers crossed). What else is happening. I forgot my shoes and am therefor very shoeless haha. I'm heading t the city this weekend to go buy some because winter boots are not as practical here as they are in Ontario. It snowed the day I left which makes my insides smile. It means I get to miss as much snow as is possible...I'm pretty sure it all melted by now but in my imaginary world they've got blizzards daily and I'm basking in the sun in a t-shirt and winter boots....see why the winter boots don't work...but also the t-shirt isn't really realistic either. A hoody though is something I could survive in. Well it's not really a post worth reading but here's a quick update on what's been happening so far.
