Hey so my friend canceled/rescheduled the shoot (cry). she claimed she was too tired but then asked if i wanted to go book shopping with her. Sometimes people make very little sense. I didn't go but did end up walking all the way to my mom's house (an hour and a half...well 2 because I passed a mall on the way haha). She has become beyond obsessed with this show, Criminal Minds. She would not shut up about all these serial killers and how they would kill their victims. Sometimes I worry about her but then today she dragged me out yard saling and thrift store hunting and is driving like a manic (the kind of maniac who slows down when speaking and stops in the middle of the road to watch puppies play with each other...not that kind of play you pervert.)

Anywho she's officially an old lady now who lives in television dream world and can't really fit into regular society anymore. It makes me sad that I may one day grow to be naive again (not that I'm not naive now). Part of me wants to go long before I ever mumble something incoherent regarding crocheting or wicker, but another part of me really wants to prove my theories wrong and end up growing old and elegant like Glenn Close (a la Le Divorce with the long perfectly coiffed silver hair). Here's hoping I age like a good wine and less like a rotten fruit.
