i finally have food in the house. and oh what fun it was getting hold of some. it involved an immense tupperware box full of copper coinage and jo tipping them into a big, blue, lifesaving machine in sainsbury's. initial estimates varied between 4 (jo) and 7.86 (me), but i ended up with a whopping 28.63 (after commission...grr) to go spend on funfunfun. and actual food. i shall no longer go hungry. i have rump steak as a treat tonight to cheer me up cos she's now gone off back to the provinces.

i think i'm going to get some inkage. jo is a fan of this idea as she believes it will actually make me hotter. how so? surely that's impossible, like making the sea wetter. hehe. i should stop being so big-headed. that's what comes of being happy, i suppose. nautical stars on my hips. all three dimensional and shaded and stuff. this makes me excited, but quite worried about perhaps not being able to wear jeans for three days.

which, thinking about it, could come in handy.
