hey luis, stencilling is pretty easy and low budget. You cant go wrong if you have a nice sharp scalpel with a flexible blade, some card or acetate and a good idea. Start simple.

Spray adhesive is also a good asset and masking tape. Oh and rubber gloves if you dont want to get painty hands.

Spray paint. That's important too.
