I feel better now that I found someone to do all the work around here that needs to be done. My hot water heater went out so I hired someone to put a new one in along with a new tub, ceiling fans and a dish washer. Gunna cost me some cash but what doesn't.
I had thought about getting an apartment but that would be really stupid for me to do that cause by bills are so damn cheap here and I got this place on a repo and have it more than half way paid off.
