Life seems to be taking a turn in the weirdest direction. I feel like something is calling out to me, and its not being nice about toppling over anything else I'm doing right now.I missed an exam yesterday, and I'm not even mad about that. In fact, I actually don't care that I did. After struggling to juggle school and work, I have come to a realization...
I have made the decision to put psychology on hold, and pursue something that I abandoned when I was a bit younger, and that's acting.
I went for an interview at the Toronto Film school and I fell in love... I think I'm going to go there, and see what happens with that. And only after will I continue with psychology. Don't get me wrong. I love psychology to death, but my motivations just aren't there right now... sad as that may sound. I would just be fooling myself if I said that I want to stick through to the bitter end of the program right now, and I'm okay to accept that and experience life for myself! I took this up because I thought it was practical, and was pleasing other people, in a way, even though, I love it. I'm willing to take a few risks now, though.I'm going to take a break from that, and just see where life takes me for a little while.
I'm buying my first pipe today or tomorrow, and I'm so excited!
I'm also having these weird premonitions, that occur seconds before an actual event... maybe its just a self fulfilling prophecy or something, but these flashes seconds before an event happens... its pretty scary!
As for after I actually go to my last exam, I think I'll be able to do one thing I've wanted to do for pretty much over a year now...
I'll be doing more photo shoots in the new year! I feel like I'm really starting to understand what being in front of the camera is all about, but slowly lol. That's a plus for the acting program I'm looking to get into. The admissions officer loves me, and said that I have so much potential brewing inside me. I hear that phrase roaming around me a lot, and I need to see how to tap into that!
I also got into the hobby of editing photos, and I've started with some of my own raw images, shot by other photographers or the stuff I take.
