Well I had such an awesome weekend with my old friend that came into town!!! It feels really nice to have a 2 week break from school filled with old friends, nostalgia, lots of cookies (i've been hard at work 
), homemade hot chocolate (I make it every year itz sooooooo good), Christmas excitement, PBR, and whiskey!!! 
After Christmas and New Years, January 4th is my 30th birthday.... pretty excited about that as well! I can honestly say I am a pretty happy camper right now!
Hope everyone out there in SGland is doing as well.....
A friend of mine got a vintage film Canon and he took a couple shots of me... this is no Photoshop just took the roll of film and got it put on a cd and that was it! I love the colors of the film and the texture it gives the pics! I use a ton of filters in Photoshop for some of the same effects. I want him to put some color saturated lomo film i it and us go out and get some shots! I think they will look fuckin awesome!

Yes it is rather cold over this side of the pond at the moment. There are some great stunts on that clip. I do like the look of those shots as you say they look entirely different from a standard digital shot. I guess it is partially to being fully manual and if the settings arent optimal you will get these effects.
You look great and your friends are right 30 is a great time as people take you more seriously even though if it was me they would be making a mistake I dont take life too seriously at times it helps me get by the drudgery of it all.
