just applied for firefighter training through the city. exam is on 11.18.04. really hope it works out since i just had knee surgery on 10.5.04. been on the waiting list for about a year. hopefully the physical stuff doesn't start for a little while.
my knee is feeling better and better, my gimp limp is almost gone. rehab starts next week. i'm gonna kick rehab's ass.

Best of luck firefighter position, I've always wanted to do the same myself, but it's very hard to get into over here, though I might apply again next year, depends how my new job goes.
