Just got back from visiting my homeland. Spending time with family is always an adventure. I feel like I need a vacation. Back to work tomorrow. When I was home I got a tattoo with my life long girlfriend. Well, my boyfriend is pissed off about it. I "have too many tattoos". Really? So the little ocean scene on my ankle was the one to do him in, not the effin back piece or all the other tattoos. In better news, I have a Polaroid 300, which I love. I take pictures of everything. My hair is a damn mess. Atleast it is lighter, but it is too short for my liking. I had to cut it though. It was extra crispy. It is brown now. I'm not messing with the color anymore. The summer sun will lighten it up. I just want it longer.
I gave up alcohol for lent, today is my first day I have had a drink in 40 days. I am just starting my third beer and I already feel like laying down. Considering I just visited my Dad who's cirrhosis of the liver is killing him, you'd think I would not want to drink. It was my first thought when I got off the plane. He needs a transplant. Cheers.
A friend at work has been insisting I read the Hunger Games. I kept brushing her off, but she insisted I would love it and how much I am like the main character. I finally read the first book, and I will give it to her, I couldn't put it down. I know it is a teen book, but it was very interesting. The same girl who suggested the books said the movie did not do the book justice, but I'd still like to see it.

All I can say about your bf is that I dated a girl that didnt like piercings or tattoos, I got rid of almost all of my piercings...then I remembered I love tattoos and piercings more than her...I would rather be alone and myself then down play who I am for someone else.
