My bank locked my debit card out because I shopped somewhere that had been known to have identity theft. I appreciate them doing that, but now they will not unlock the account. They also won't send me a new card to my new address because it is not the address they have in their system. Also, they won't tell me where I shopped that caused this so that it won't happen again. 
If there was a bank in this state, I could just go there and get a new card but no, the bank is all the way in NJ. I know it is my own fault for not switching banks, but still... it makes me grumpy.
This makes me feel better though:

You're military, right? Get USAA. I've been banking with them since 2005. Guys are awesome.
