I'm back from San Diego. Land of the Perfect Weather.
Had a pretty good work meeting, went sailing, big beach BBQ (but no pig! What!?), went on a Bay cruise, saw some old friends. Finished HP and the HBP. AWESOME!!!!
Came home to more family drama.
So which is it:
Absence makes the heart grow fonder.

Out of sight, out of mind?

I have to admit I outdid myself when I made it. But it's sofuckinggood...I may have to do it again soon.

no, i had a package of tenderloins, so i cleaned em up, rubbed em with my spice rub, browned em on all sides, and threw 'em in the oven for about 2.5 hours.
plus, i made my own bbq sauce.
