I haven't updated in like, forever it seems!

Not much going on... I have a cold and am still coming out of my post-losing-the-co-op depression, but have jumped back into the search for new digs OF MY OWN!!!!! Lots of new prospects to be sure. Still focused on BK. Saw a few places in Queens but they're way the hell out there and I do NOT wanna be driving into the city... BK seems to be "it" for me.

In the meantime, I have started to make my tiny room more livable: bought a loft and some bookcases. Hung some stuff on the walls. Got my winter clothes from DC.

Discovered a new band that I REALLY like: Two if by Sea. From Bal'mer, Hun, and they're AWESOME!!! Just ask draytonX, he's seen them! Check them out if you get the chance.

Special thanks to vyeseleph for coming to my educational dinner last night after several last minute cancellations. And for other things!

Tonight I will have the pleasure of seeing skryche perform his play. Um, break a leg?

I STILL have not spoken to my Bush-voting parents in Ohio. My mom sent me a very sweet package (a bribe!) and my dad just left for Japan, so the guilt is seeping into my brain. Damn Catholic upbringing!

I am supposed to go to Boston w/ my roommates for the weekend, where we will see Aida and Big River. It will be quite the fruit fly weekend for me! If my cold is still bad though, I will bail on them and stay here. Sleeping on someone's floor when you are feeling miserably is, well, just miserable!

I hate feeling so crappy. Help! What will make me feel better?
