DRIVING*IN*THE*DRIVING*RAIN*DRIVES*ME*FREAKIN'*BATTY!
So last night I braved the torrential downpours to make the drive to DC for my 10 a.m. Dr's appt today. The heaviest rains were in the central NJ/DE western MD area. I heard that Havre de Grace got 13 inches of rain! (I like to put this into perspective : that's about twice the size of the average penis...
)
It took about 6-1/2 hours. My drive back today took less than four...
And I have a NEW COFFEEMAKER!!!!! Well actually it's my Krups drip from DC. But it WORKS!!! YAY!!!!!!
Plus I got to see my white kitty. I was so tired, I immediately crashed on the couch, where I proceeded to sleep the entire night--- not even taking out my contacts. I never even changed my clothes. She slept on my lap. Now I have her fur on me.
Tonight I am camping in my room.
