My luck is generally confined to certain areas: In certain circles I am called the Parking Goddess because I almost always get rockstar parking. I have always lucked out finding great places to live. I frequently find coins and sometimes even bills on the ground. And I have been involved with some AWESOME guys (believe me this is sheer luck!) But I never seem to WIN anything...
But tonight I did!!! (not $$$, don't get too excited...)
I went to the Nederlander Theatre w/ my roommate Rob to get the lottery tickets to Rent. He and his boyz all wanted to see Jai Rodriguez, who will be playing Angel now through July 17. We all put our names in and MINE got picked! Woohoooo! I've done the theater lottery about a dozen times and have NEVER been picked. It was ironic though b/c I am working tonight and I only went to increase their chances of getting tickets... and I'm the only one who won!!!
When they called my name we all jumped up and down screaming, it was VERY silly, me with tape across my face, being cheered on by my nelly boyz...
So they fought over the two tickets, Jai Rodriquez showed up doing a promo, I got to meet him, then I went home to make dinner and that was that.
HEY---- We are having a rooftopless party on Saturday night 7/10. If any of y'all want to come, email me for address/directions.
Back to work!
