Has it really been 3 weeks since my last update? 
Seems like just a few days...
In summary:
--Interviewed for grad school
--Went to Vegas
--Saw Elvis doing karaoke
--Went to "O" (the most amazing thing I have EVER seen! Just like a fabulous dream that you never want to awaken from...)
--Was accepted to grad school Woohoo! (On the other hand, what have I gotten myself into???!)
--Had an exhausting work meeting in north Jersey
--Had a bad scare w/ my grandmother (she's okay now, phew!)
All in all, just plain old boring everyday life.

Last night I saw this guy sitting on the sidewalk near Union Square. As I walked by he caught my attention, and this electric bolt of recognition shot through my mind, but I could NOT place him! It was weird and incredibly frustrating. Does that ever happen to you? We exchanged a few words, and I continued on my way. While his plea for me to take him home and sodomize him was intriguing, I just could not get past that uneasy feeling that I knew him somehow, but from where and when??? (I DID know I have never sodomized him before!
) Later my friend Dan and I went back to look for him. Dan and I are friends from "back in the day" and Dan thought HE would know who this guy was. (Plus, Dan wanted to sodomize him! 
) But alas, he was gone...
My nephew arrives tonight for a week's visit. He is 16 and yes, he is angst-ridden. But he really needs this break from his psycho mother... Time to get into my role as "the cool Aunt". If only I could find him a fake ID...
Okay, now I've got to go to overdrive.mtv.com to see whose Sweet 16 dress set off the fire alarm!
