Hey hey!
So, it's been a LONG time. Not a whole hell of a lot I feel like reporting. If you want a look at all the bullshit that has gone on in the last month or two, check out Cherrylove13's back journal. It's times like this you find out who your friends are and who is really there for you, and we've been really lucky that we have had some friends that have gone the extra mile for us. I would gladly take a bullet for any of them. Loyalty! In addition to all that crap, I am now unemployed.
Laid off for a second time by the same boss... last time I follow him to the "Promised Land" of jobs. Fuck him. 
So yea, now I have a ton of time to spend helping Cherrylove13 get her salon up and running. I'm pretty geeked about that. I've also kinda made a promise to myself to do more with music, and since I have all this free time (yea right), I can actually do that.
We went to the Majestic last night. Just hung out and had a good time with my girl and a few friends. It was a good night out, that's for damn sure. I've been meaning to have more nights like them.
I'm supposed to go and get my lip pierced today. Pretty geeked about it. I know that my family will flip (they aren't too keen on any of my tattoos or my septum already).
Ah well, they'll get over it. It's funny how eveyone is always judgemental. I think we need to move somewhere a little more "edgy".
My old friend from high school is staying with us right now. He was renting a house in Detroit, and his landlord decided to move back in and boot everyone living there out. He had at best a 2 week notice and getting $ together to get into a new place in under 2 weeks wasn't going to happen. He was going to put his tail between his legs and go to Alabama where his parents moved so that he could live with them. So, we told him he could stay with us while he got that worked out. It's amazing looking back on the different paths we both took in life and how in some weird way, over 10 years later, we are both at a similar point in life when it comes to trial and tribulations.
Well, just a quick update early in the morning after a late night out, so I hope this at least makes some sense. This is just my way of telling everyone that I haven't gone away... I'm back.
