ok.... real or fake? Is there a preference out there? I am natural and I seriously don't see the turn on for those fake floatation devices.... Real breasts of any size, shape, etc... are hella sexy compared to implants.

I prefer real, but well done implants can look good. They are few and far between, but there are some.

Real may be better, but as long as the girl's got personality that's all that matters in the end. Implants or not, as the ages move on by it won't matter so much anymore.
