I prefer real, but well done implants can look good. They are few and far between, but there are some.

Real may be better, but as long as the girl's got personality that's all that matters in the end. Implants or not, as the ages move on by it won't matter so much anymore.

Yeah, that's how I feel many days... especially when sick and stuck at work.
And when my apparent sick brain kicks in and I do or say things that don't make sense or I forget.

Yeah, exactly. And the thing is I know guys like that who always end up with new girlfriends while I've been struggling to find a girlfriend for the past 4 years. The worst part is girls usually say I'm "too nice" so they'd never go out with me. That, or I find girls with no brains who have interest in me and after 2 minutes of attempted conversation I feel like I'm in grade school again and wish I never started a conversation at all.
I can say it's not good to freeze your heart or stop feeling. After 4 years there are days that I am super numb and I can tell you that sometimes I miss the pain because it reminds me that I actually feel something. Feeling nothing is scarily empty. While dealing with the pain sucks and shouldn't happen, it will always be better to feel than have nothing at all.
