OOhhhh! My first 'blog'!
Well - at the moment I'm halfway through a two week holiday from work. My boyfriend just finished up for the holidays from college... but FOOLISH as we are we decided to take the two weeks BEFORE we got paid off.... so there has been much mooching of cash this week.
Last Monday I got myself an allotment - yay! Its an absolute tip at the moment but we have been working away on it (hindered somewhat by our hayfever) OOO! next year we'll have free veg and a pumpkin patch!! Weeee!
I'll post a few pics of our progress as soon as I get a new half decent camera
Aside from that I'm afraid I have not been very productive.... the drawing board hasnt been touched for some time....
I had big plans for getting some work done whilst I was off, but....
Anyhoo - the nest thing I'll be working on is probably my next tattoo!
Hmmmm.... bedtime now me-thinks...

Mine look smuch the same, but I have the xcuse of being chained to my mac all day long.

It's exciting when you start off your allotment - and even more when you actually pick your first stuff. It sounds like your allotment is quite big - about double the size of ours, which means you'll be drowning in pumpkins!!!
Oh and my last tip for the allotment is befriend as many of your allotment neighbours as possible. If they are anything like ours, everyone swaps plants and gives away spares and runners of stuff when they're pruning. You can pick up some great plants that way.
Hope you get some inspiration for your artwork. That is what the drawing board is for, right?
