I hooped for an hour and a half today despite my bruises. My hip is tender but I don't care, gonna hoop till I build up a callous there!

I met a new friend, had great conversation, a decadent cookie, listened to new music by Milieu and had a wonderful day over all. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, I visited shakti on her SG page. Oh my!
Tomorrow...who knows what type of goodness may be found.
