I took my snowmobile out on it's maiden voyage today..
Chestemere lake.. big, frozen wasteland of drifts and endless powder.. only one near death experience to report.. I had gunned the throttle and launched myself uphill over this huge drift.. must have caught at least 4 feet of air.. it was so incredible..
then, cuz after that I was all cocky and invincible, I pinned it on the straight, caught a wierd drift and tipped on one ski.. I almost rolled the fukker.. I was going upwards of 90km at the time. I put my foot down (as though it would help) and it started to come over on me. I was bracing for my leg to snap, but it occurred to me to drop the throttle, and she settled back down like a good little beasty. cracked the windshield.
800cc's is too much for anyone. it has a jet pack I swear. (and reverse, and handwarmers...)
