Been having a really amazing summer truth be told. Made heaps of new friends, reconnecting with old ones. And generally chasing magical moments.
I'm still super duper stressed about finances and there's no way I'm going to be able to afford my next round of school / credentials any time soon. But for now I'm just flowing with it because so many folks are in the same boat here.

I like that you've been active again lately.Ā It's good to have you back.Ā I've been working from home since 3/24 and our office lease is up soon, so the company is making work from home indefinite.Ā If we get a vaccine or high enough herd immunity, maybe they'll look at leasing another office next year.Ā But, they may decide they don't need one.Ā (Or they may eventually eliminate all of our positions and have the work done at one of the existing offices on the west coast. :/ ) But, I like working from home so far.Ā I miss some of my coworkers, but I don't miss the commute and the bad (though free) coffee, and I'm saving money by not eating out as much or driving as much.Ā I'm not as active as I was, though. I definitely need to come up with some activities or get back on my treadmill.Ā I hope things work out for you.Ā It sounds like your social network has been great.Ā Now just a matter of the job situation getting back to normal.
