From the Blog Homework Prompt: "Whats something you could use a bit of advice on at the moment?"
Hi lovelies,
Right now I could use a bit of advice on how to improve my eating habits. I've struggled in the distant past with disordered eating patterns and when I stopped to think about it recently it seems I'm seeing a repeat of those patterns (thankfully this time it's just that I get too busy and tired to figure out food stuff, and not because of other life factors). I already have a tough time with being a skinny girl simply due to my body type and an underlying chronic health issue so I really don't want to fall back on these bad habits.
So, what's your best advice for trying to nourish your body on a time crunch, and a budget?
