Things don't ever turn out the way you plan, do they?

The ultrasound wasn't very nice to me and my boy. It seems there were some complications, and they had to get him out asap. Got induced on thursday night at around midnight. I was already starting labor when I had gotten to the hospital that night. I had a very fast active labor, about four hours. I started pushing around 3:30 in the afternoon, and ended up pushing for almost 5 hours with no progress. I did one of these all over the place . I had a back labor and he got stuck in my left hip, so I ended up having the big C.....section that is.....scalpel knives and lots of drugs. Wasn't bad, though. Still had the same awesome support group around through it all. I am recovering nicely, and now I am going to eat some chicken broth. My little Lincoln is an angel
