Making alot of life changes these days. I've always ate healthy food, but lately I've been focusing on meal portions. It's been rough for me, but I'm getting the hang of it. I'm not used to all this weight that the medications a couple years back gave me. In the Army for 11 years and fitness has always been a staple. No room for that when you're sick. It's been tough getting my motivation back as well. I wouldn't say I'm depressed but it feels like nothing interests me as it used to. SG still does, so that's not a problem. Anyway, I've adapted various methods of motivation and feel like anything is possible now. Working out, eating better, painting, focusing on my enlightenment, writing my book: It's all coming around. If there is any advice I could give anyone for motivation, it is; focus on how you feel and use that in moments of decision making to actually get up and do something about it. PEACE
