so my dining experience last night was kinda fun.
for my roommate's birthday, we decided to go out to montana's. there was no room in the restaurant, so we sat at the bar. no problem.
we looked at the menu, ordered our drinks, ordered our food, and waited. we watched wrestling and hockey on tv, had some ....interesting.... conversation regarding my poor sister.... and waited some more. our food probably took 45 minutes to get to our table. the waitress kept coming by saying 'The manager is checking into your order, it should be here really soon", and "There was a mistake made on my behalf regarding your order, it's been corrected and will be right out".
so our food finally comes. we're all eating and enjoying. i eat my usual half my plate (i don't really eat a whole lot) and decide i'm full. i look down at my plate and realize that there's a dead fly sitting on my decorative lettuce leaf.... EW! i didn't complain 'cause i was already done eating and there was nothing that could be done.
then the waitress came by and said that we could order free dessert because we waited so long for our food. so when everyone was done eating, the birthday boy sent his food to the kitchen to be boxed up. we ordered the biggest piece of icecream anyone could ever imagine ordering at a restaurant! but it was really frozen. so here we all are chipping away at this icecream block. the birthday boy is getting icecream all over himself! so funny!
so i leave the icecream to the boys 'cause i'm still full. they start going at it with a knife! icecream and cookie crumbs are flying everywhere!!!! and a lot of it on me! when i had no part in the icecream chipping idea.
so we get our bill, and the birthday boy still hasn't gotten his extras from supper packaged up yet. so we ask the waitress about it. she comes back and says the kitchen staff dropped it on the floor, so they made him a new one! she comes out with a whole new meal! fries and everything!
so in total, we got 4 meals (there were only 3 of us) and dessert, all for $50 at montana's! now that's a deal! we're so going back just to get that stupid waitress again! maybe we'll get more free stuff!

i mean money it's just money. usually it just brings problems..
i don't consider it a culture factor..
but well yeah our money makers were soooo naughty!
