ugh!! WHAT AN ENDLESSLY LONG AND DULL DAY AT WORK!
i don't know if i can do it again tomorrow! 9 hrs that just drag on and on. we are not an xmas store, we had our xmas from june-aug. we are a tourist store. yes we still have to work the hrs and such but we dont have the hoards and the lists and the lines.... its kind of sad
as much as people have the tendancy to irritate ... the holidays are the most fun when it comes to being helpful!
anyhoo... atill no news on the WEA gig its making me crazy!
the beau called as well after FINALLY arriving in WI (he had some ordeal yesterday) and found himself in inches and inches of snow! ok shoot me!
i just want to get out of LA!! even if just for a few freaking days!
oh well. *sigh*
i cannot belive that xmas is just days away. i wish that i could still get that magical childlike feeling of euphoria that i used to when i was 6. when you know the next week is leading up to something grand!
i guess that i can still get that feeling... it's like that when i see beautiful things, sunset on maui, the towering sequoias, the cliffs of kings canyon, the tiny sliver of turquoise that was the colorado river sandwiched deep in the cleavage of the grand canyon or the gorgeous painted desert of AZ.
fuck man i need a roadtrip!!
