Saw Tool last night...wow...those guys know how to put on a fucking show.

Having never been to a Tool concert before, i expected some sort of light show, but mainly a concert. couldn't have been more mistaken...the whole stage backdrop was playing Tool-esque artwork and movies during the songs, with lasers shooting designs into the smoke filled air...and the band, they were effin amazing, reproducing the album sounds exactly. The different band members were lit up by the lights for corresponding parts of the songs...but not Maynard, the singer, for the entirety of the show, he was silhouetted on backdrop, often doing crazy little dances.

and as with all rock shows, the ladies there were looking damn good...sign me up for the rock star thing.
