In one week you won't have to listen to me bitch about school anymore. You'll have to listen to me bitch about work. But anyway, thats in one week so right now I'm gunna bitch about school.
I feel really lousy about my probability class. I totally blew it off this semester. I just did the math and it turns out I need to bomb the final to get a B- and ace it to get an A- in all likelyhood (barring a curve, but why would you curve that dumbass class?) The class didnt get off on the right foot from the get go when i didnt even REALIZE a homework was due. Imagine my surprise when he started handing it back. Yesterday I got a whole bunch of assignments back in my crazy hard dynamical systems class and I have a 97average in it. That was an ego boost.
So all in all, I'm doing well. I'll get good grade this semester, but I'm just starting to hear those voices from my past again. In HS, it was always "David is very talented but needs to apply himself more". I'd get A's in all the classes I liked and a C in SPANISH 1! My first few years at colllege, I lifted my motivation level way up and focused on everything. I feel like I've reverted a little bit, but I'll just have to change that.
Ok, enough about that. Like I said, you only have to listen to me bitch about school until thursday, then you have to listen to me bitch about something else.
Last night was fun, I grilled NY strip steaks for my friends. SOOOO good. Sat around on the porch drinking St. Pauli girl. I really do wish it could be summer all the time. Then again, maybe i wouldnt fully appreciate it if it was.
