So the Cog show was pretty good. I don't like the venue much (the Roxy in Parramatta) because it's hard to find a place where the music sounds good. It's very steep where the seats are so you don't get much low end sitting high up, but on the floor you just get yours ears blasted and they didn't have earplugs (and I'm too irresponsible...

Frusciante really is something else. Even on the more recent RHCP stuff - which I don't really like much, for the most part - he shows fantastic form.
The Sunnyboys are all about the first album, with the blue cover. If you see it in a shop - and it's usually about $10 - pick it up. It's well worth it. It's incredible. Really truly ruly.
