hehe yeh i used to hate going skating with my friends cuz skating for recreation and fun just wasnt what it was like for me, i ated going with friends cuz they would just want me to do something for them (ie some kinda jump or spin!)

May have fixed the car - I'm making a 30min trip to a friend's house a little later just to be sure. We had to replace a water hose (which splits every year) and replace a head gasket to stop what was becoming a major oil leak problem. I've only driven it a little bit so far so I can't say it's 100%.

Oh, you would not believe the kind of chili I can make. I start by making my own stock out of bones and spices and stuff, which is the most important part. Then I sear the pork (I use tenderloins, much better flavor than cheaper meat) and roast the red peppers and garlic to give them a deeper, smokier flavor. I use black and red beans, and sometimes add corn too, to go with the homemade cornbread that just has to be made with chili. It takes me all day, but it's totally worth it.
Everyone else at work just dumped some shit out of a can, so of course mine won.

In other news - I took a look at the car with my assistant (the old man) , and it looks like there's some work to be done. Without boring you with specifics ... it's something mechanics were paid to fix 2 years ago, they didn't do it properly, and it fucked up...

I get my guitar out of hock, tomorrow. I have missed it so much....It's been a while since i have even play. So long all my fingers are healed. What brand of guitar is that anyhow?
On top of my many misfortunes this year, it seems my car has decided to die on me. It's pretty much fucked and not worth fixing. It managed to get me home, but I doubt it'll be going anywhere from here unassisted.
