Next Friday my car registration runs out. For the first time in ages I don't think I'll be able to register it before it expires. It's just as well I guess, because I can't afford to buy petrol either.
Why can't I just win the freakin' lottery ... I don't even want a million (not that I'd say no). Just enough to buy some time.
In other news ..
My ex housemate's place got robbed (and trashed) this week. When I was living there I was always worried about something like that happening because he had these dodgy neighbours that never worked and were always up to something. I had about $12,000 worth my music gear in my room at the time, so I think I'd pretty much die if this happened while I was there. The thing is though, that they seemed to have done it more for kicks than to grab things they could sell. The only thing they took which seemed to make sense was 3 weeks of his pay.
I hate theives. I hope they get caught.
