Why is it that I never go to bed early enough? I go to work tired everyday and drink way too much caffeine. I mean my morning coffee alone is a long black with 4 shots. I call it the heartstarter, but one day I guess it'll be my heart-stopper. It's not the only one for the day either!

GODAMNIT!!!!!!

I stopped taking them over a year ago, but sleeping pills are the only way I go to bed on time. I'm not keen on going back to those.

puke I can not drink the stuff, let alone 4 shots of it. people think that i drink a lot of it and that is why i bounce of the wall, but really it is just ADD tongue

sleeping pills are not all bad.
i was on them for a few months, to help with my mood.

I pretty much can't sleep before 3am. It's great for 8am starts. Really good.

Which is to say, I feel your pain!
