Why is it that I never go to bed early enough? I go to work tired everyday and drink way too much caffeine. I mean my morning coffee alone is a long black with 4 shots. I call it the heartstarter, but one day I guess it'll be my heart-stopper. It's not the only one for the day either!

I stopped taking them over a year ago, but sleeping pills are the only way I go to bed on time. I'm not keen on going back to those.
