I noticed sometimes you get more comments in your journal when you write less. I think I get more comments sometimes when I just use a single emoticon. Maybe a lot of people don't like to read. If you're one of those, here's one of my favorite

Went to a friend's place last night to get some vocals down for some instrumental tracks I had. This came about because a friend's girlfriend is a vocalist and had heard some of my stuff and wanted to try recording with me. It's really just an excuse to have a few drinks and a bit of fun recording.
Anyway ... now I have 3 tracks with vocals and they turned out great! I'm really stoked. It's even more amusing when you consider the way they were recorded. She didn't want to hear the music at all before she recorded something. She didn't even want to know what style it was, how long it went for, the structure ..... nothing! I thought to myself "there's no way this is going to turn out being good. For one of the tracks she didn't even have lyrics in front of her. She just made it all up as she went.
So now that you're possibly wondering how this chaos turned out sounding, I'll probably upload them tomorrow for anyone curious enough to listen.
