I'm still on dialup thanks to TPG (the ISP we are/were with) having the shittiest customer service of any ISP I've used. We've made 4 different calls (which went to a call centre in another country) and for each one we were passed off to at least 3 different people. And at the end of the call nothing was resolved .. they also billed us for the DSL we couldn't use because they didn't get their shit together. They're refusing to refund us too BTW.

Maaaan... someone needs to ban these overseas phone workers. I don't give a shit who does the phone work, as long as they can get the damned job done, and the foreign phone brigade clearly don't want to do that.
