Had a video night and watched Amityville Horror and Hotel Rwanda.
I should mention that it was the remake of Amytiville Horror that we watched so I wasn't expecting much. Lucky that, because what I got was the feeling that I was 20% dumber for having watched it. I don't think there was any "based on a true story" claim at the beginning of it, so it makes sense that it was totally unbelievable all the way through, and thanks to that, I'll be able to sleep at night.
Hotel Rwanda was an awesome movie even though it was depressing as hell. But I give any movie a good rap if it makes me think (therefore returning the 20% of intelligence I'd lost watching the other movie). Sadly, what I take away from that Hotel Rwanda is that we are all fucked .... humans suck because we never learn. Sorry
