Picked up the old man from hospital today. Not that he's cured, they've done what they can for now (tests, change of medication, let's take a stab in the dark kinda stuff). Next he's gotta see his cardiologist. He seems better than when he went in though.

On a lighter note ... I recently got Isis-Oceanic and love it. I can't stop listening to it....

I hate it how whenever I'm working on something I lose interest too quickly to finish it. At first I'll be really excited about it, at that stage where it's all coming together, but then my attention span reaches it's limit and I drop it.....

I have so much unfinished stuff that it's not funny.

Watched Land of the Dead last night. I thought it...

hope all is well.........ps: people like pictures!

Checked my email today and found yet another email from a place I applied for a job to. No I didn't get an interview or anything job related. For a few months now I've been getting these footy tipping emails. I've gotten tons of these actually, and somehow, even though I neither watch or understand AFL I'm up to 5 points(?) I got only one...

I wish I had telepathy. It wouldn't even have to be the kind that is always on either, just as long as it worked sometimes (like when I want it to). Imagine all the stuff you'd know.

Sure, I wish I had a few other things too, but telepathy is up there!

Well that was fun. ... and no hangover!

Need to go shopping ... there's nothing to eat in this house heh.

Saw something funny in a bookshop the other day. Under that book "The Bride Stripped Bare" it said -

"A no-holes-barred story of .. "(something or other .. I forget the rest)

I thought the expression was "no-HOLDS-barred". Clearly they've read the book. No-holes-barred...

Finally got the net at home again. Internet cafes aren't the kind of places I can look at SG on .... Something about people looking over my shoulder puts me off heh.

So anyway .... I'm back.

Went to the petrol station tonight to get some oil. My engine's leaking the stuff faster now. I need to buy oil roughly every month. I don't know what I'll do when my car dies .. I can't afford a new one .. or even a decent old one.

So I go to pay for the oil and the station attendant says "anything else with...

You should check out Endtroducing. Beautiful album. It was made over a few years, constructed solely from samples of old, incredibly obscure records Shadow found in obscure record stores. It's haunting. Really.

Here's that thing I was talking about a while back which I thought the beat sounds a little too close to a certain (new) NIN song. I did this around 6 months ago. It's not exactly the same ... but I think there's too much similarity for me to use it now. frown

There's more to it than this .. but I wanted to keep the...
