Just at the end of a 4 day weekend

Fri night sat and sunday were spent at Rosebud for a bucks weekend, quite painful to say the least :s

Spent yesterday on the couch watching the entire second season of scrubs :s

Not a lot done today, luch at a mates joint some relaxing, doctors appointment and saw the Chiro again.

Got a remedial massage booked in for an hour on Friday before my Chiro appointment....
