The band was really cool, really mellow personalites.
The lead guitarist, when he'd do his little strut towards the edge of the stage, kept stickin his guitar 2 inches from my girl's nose-- i told her to grab his knobs and realized she'd probably grab his knob. I would have contracted 2nd hand Interpol cooties...I wonder if the skanky lady who jumped on stage got some Interpol bassist cooties. Hmmm...I did see them walk off to the bus together. Towards the end of the set I told lead guitarist, Daniel, I had a gift for him and handed him my band's CD while he tuned up... he looked at it on the floor before him, smiled, said, "Thanks," picked up the disk and put it on top of his amp. When they finished he grabbed the disk and walked off stage-- after the show (while I was waiting to catch a glimpse of Sadie and Lily) he was walking around with the disk in his hand. I hope they give it a listen 'cause I've listened to their album so much that the disk is skipping in my CD player. Although, that CD I gave him also makes a great coaster
