I was smacked from behind wile at a stop light. My car is fine but my neck is killing me. And in being in shock all I got was the guys driver license and name he was quick to get out, he was smashed and when he left he had his wife drive. I asked for his insurance but he was not willing to give to me. So we went our ways when I got to work every thing I should have said and done came to me. I was such an ass not to ask for more or do more. Will see what happens

I had a similar situation happen to me too! Hey next time that happens call the cops. For real, especially if he was smashed. Anyway dude that sucks, I'm sorry to hear that you had such a shitty day. I hope today makes up for it!
