maybe i will have xmas pictures up soon for my own enjoyment and all you vouyers out there.
my grandparent's computer (which has been base for the last few days) is all screwy and kodak "easyshare" software is ridiculous (do not buy this or allow your grandparents too - it's excessive/pointless)... so my pictures are trapped in kodak land because of the dumb printer dock/software... anyway
xmas #3 was cool. my brother, sister, dad, and i cleared out the room like none other. strange. so we watched that dumb guess how much money is in the box show and ate chocolate pie with grandma. eventually i wandered away and started reading the blind assassin by margaret atwood which i believe is one of the best books ever (thanks scott). 40's crime drama and a novel-within-a-novel about civilization on another planet. then i slept on the most wonderful pillow my head has ever had the pleasure of touching. foam that melted like butter around my face.
today my 3 companions and i watched a matinee of "the good shepard" which also turned out to be quite excellent. it started off a little slow (setting up setting up) and was long (the time listed was 3:30 and we didn't leave the theater until 6:30) and i initially didn't like it very much because matt damon plays a super prick, but the storyline was carried out well and i enjoyed the historical references because i am a nerd like that (and a history minor). allso angelina jolie was awesome and the last 5 minutes of the movie really made it.
then we watched "rain man" and ate pears.
my brother decided that he wants to transfer here to SA for the rest of highschool. he's tired of the fbg assholes. my dad won't be long in following him down here. sooo i probably won't be going back as much, not that i have been recently anyway.
my suri cat loves the outdoors now. he is so handsome. he's curled up to me right now sucking on my fingers.
i can't wait to get back home to SM. to my own room and food and bathtub. i'm also getting really excited about the california trip. ahh!
now i am going to go read.

p.s.- how about a set in an orchard. you'd have to wait till spring but it'd be cool. i also saw this building that was being torn down... its hard to think of something original, but i'm always thinking
