(I'm typing this blog with one hand while I have a plate of salmon and rice in the other hand in some apparent rush to finish this before 11 so I can go to sleep. Gee, thats a wise idea, eating right before going to bed. Meanwhile I've got some Isis playing in my head and some old school Kraftwerk (I'm talking 'Ralf und Florian" old school on the itunes, can't explain that one. Halfway through this whole endeavor my food grew cold, perhaps I took a lot longer to write this up than I thought. But anyways I hope this blog finds you well.)


How does one respond, react, or even downright comprehend when someone in the upper mgmt. tells you something along the lines of "you getting this job is a blessing from god" (paraphrasing from a long speech, but something to that extent). I guess thats how he rolls from his part of the world (he is a foreigner...aren't we all?)

the easy way: "Je ne sais pas"

the good news is that that wasn't said to me but rather a friend of mine whos job is not so spectacular ..or holy for that matter. but I know who he was talking about so that baffles me too.
but what if someone from higher ups did say something like that to me?
I would probably just say: "I know, I know". *sighs* what a business, I would say to myself in my head.
